Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 25 February 2026:
The full amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of EUR 50.
Cancellations made on or after 25 February 2026:
No refund is possible. However, transferring the conference ticket and/or hotel room to another person is free of charge.

Accommodation Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport
Standard room @Comfort Hotel. Rate per night including breakfast: EUR 155 for single rooms // EUR 170 for double rooms.
A new, pleasant hotel opened in autumn 2020. The hotel provides easy access to all the airport's terminals, being just a five-minute walk through a covered walkway, allowing guests to reach the airport comfortably in summer sandals, regardless of the weather.
