Cancellation policy

To secure your registration, full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation. All prices are per room per night in DKK and include breakfast, VAT, and service charges.
Cancellation made before 25 February 2026:
Full amount less an administration fee of EUR 50 will be refunded.
Cancellation made on or after 25 February 2026:
No refund possible. However, transfer of the conference ticket and/or hotel room to another person is free of charge.
