The 56th Annual Conference of the Scandinavian Society for Laboratory Animal Science invites exhibitors and sponsors to participate. Scand‑LAS 2026 features compelling lectures, oral and poster presentations, an exhibition, and workshops about current topics on the care and use of laboratory animals for education or scientific purposes.

Minimum size: 8 m² · Depth: 2–5 m · Width: 3–10 m (for larger stands, please contact us before 1 December 2025).

Sponsorship opportunities are exclusively available to companies that have reserved an exhibition space.
Sponsorship opportunities
Exclusive to one company. Provides unique branding as the “Main Sponsor” of the event. Can be customised according to sponsor’s interests, e.g.:
- Opportunity to host a 30‑minute presentation within the scientific programme
- Visibility of the company name/logo on screens in the lecture hall, exhibition hall, entrance, lobby areas, Gala Dinner, event web page, and materials
- Hand‑out of notebooks, pens, bags, etc.
- Supply lanyards for congress badges
- Congress bag (sponsor delivers; co‑branded with company and Scand‑LAS logo)

Sponsors are responsible for all material production and costs, which will either be added to the sponsorship fee or delivered by the sponsor.
Terms & payment
Invoices are issued once the booking has been made. Payment term is 14 days net. Bookings are binding and cancellations are non‑refundable. Invoice fee of EUR 34 is added. VAT of 25% will be added.
Company logo and website link will be published on the Scand‑LAS 2026 website.
The price applies to the exhibition floor space only. Structures, furniture and other equipment aligned with individual needs and budgets will be available to order via The Meeting Planners.
The single‑room exhibition area will host all catering during the breaks to guarantee maximum visibility of the exhibitors to all event participants.
The organising committee of Scand‑LAS 2026 is responsible for location assignments. The organisers reserve the right to make final positioning of exhibition stands and adjustments to the floor plan to accommodate all exhibitors comfortably.
Venue highlight
The venue is ~300 metres from Copenhagen Airport arrivals and offers a professional exhibition centre with one large exhibition room adjacent to the main lecture hall — ideal and convenient for all exhibitors.
